  • Our Services

    Anamaya.AI provides a corporate travel management platform enabling businesses to book hotel accommodations, flight tickets, and other related business travel services. Our system aggregates the best available prices across multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) and facilitates streamlined booking processes based on company-specific approval workflows.

    Users may book flight tickets and/or hotel reservations through the platform provided by Anamaya.AI. Upon successful completion of a transaction, Anamaya.AI will issue an e-ticket or e-voucher as proof of booking.

  • Use of Services

    Users must be at least 18 years of age and authorized by their company to access and use the platform.

    Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate, complete, and up to date.

    Anamaya.AI is not liable for any issues or costs arising from errors in the user-submitted data or misuse of the system.

  • Platform Access

    Anamaya.AI will provide login access in the form of a User ID and password to Users designated by the company. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and must not share such information with unauthorized parties.

    All activities conducted through the provided account shall be deemed as official activities of the User. Users are required to use the platform in accordance with the company’s internal policies and applicable regulations.

  • Service Fee

    Anamaya.AI charges an administrative service fee for each successful transaction, the amount of which is stipulated separately in the agreement between the parties.

    The administrative fee will be automatically calculated during the transaction process on the platform.

  • Payments

    All payments for bookings are processed through Anamaya.AI’s integrated payment gateway or via direct billing agreements with the client company.

    Invoices will be issued at the time a transaction is made. Users are required to settle all invoices in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon separately by the parties.

    Payments are non-refundable, except where cancellations or changes are permitted by the airline, hotel, or service provider in accordance with their individual policies.

    Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our internal refund procedures and subject to administrative review.

  • Reschedule, Cancellations and Refund Policy

    Users may request reschedule, transaction cancellations and refund applications through Anamaya.AI Customer Service.

    Cancellation or modification of bookings is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider (e.g., airline or hotel).

    Additional charges may apply, and some services may be non-cancellable or non-refundable.

    If eligible for a refund, processing times and amounts will vary depending on the provider’s policy and bank/payment processing lead time.

  • User Obligations

    Users agree to use the platform only for lawful and authorized business purposes.

    Any form of misuse, including fraudulent activity or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited.

    Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

    Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking details, including but not limited to: passenger name, travel date, flight route, hotel reservation details. Any errors in booking data caused by the User may result in additional costs which shall be borne by the User.

  • System Availability and Maintenance

    Anamaya.AI will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform functions properly and remains accessible to Users.

    Under certain circumstances, Anamaya.AI may perform system maintenance, which may temporarily limit access to the platform.

    Anamaya.AI shall not be held liable for system disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to network failures, airline system issues, or hotel provider system disruptions.

  • Data Confidentiality

    Anamaya.AI will maintain the confidentiality of data and information obtained from Users during the use of the platform.

    Such data will only be used for the purpose of providing business travel services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by applicable law.

  • Limitation of Liability

    Anamaya.AI acts as an aggregator and intermediary between users and third-party service providers.

    We are not responsible for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or other service failures that originate from the airlines, hotels, or other providers.

    In no event shall Anamaya.AI be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

  • Force Majeure

    Anamaya.AI shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in service caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policies, airline system disruptions, network or technology failures, or other emergency situations.

  • Dispute Resolution

    We are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes in a fair and constructive manner.

    Any disputes arising from the use of Anamaya.AI shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

    Where amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Modifications to Terms

    Anamaya.AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
